Security forces bust terrorist hideout in Kashmir’s Bandipora, recover arms and ammunition


Security forces busted a terrorist hideout in North Kashmir’s Bandipora district on Wednesday and recovered a huge cache of arms and ammunition from the area.

A terrorist hideout was busted by security forces near the Line of Control (LOC) in North Kashmir on Wednesday, averting a major terror attack ahead of Independence Day.

The security forces also recovered a huge cache of arms and ammunition near the Line of Control (LoC) in Tarbal village of Gurez in North Kashmir’s Bandipora district on Wednesday.

As many as three AK-47 rifles, 12 AK magazines, two pistols, four pistol magazines, 350 AK rounds, 200 pistol rounds, 18 grenades and other incriminating material were recovered from the hideout.
